RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our items being made to order, all sales are final, with no returns, exchanges or cancellations. 

PLEASE check your order over carefully so that you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is created to the specifications of each order.

Fonts and material colors can vary and we are not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your order or if you are not happy with the way that a letter or color looks. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings. Happily Gyfted is NOT responsible if you are not happy with the font, size (of clothing or decals), or color you chose.  Color and size charts are provided to help you choose your preferences.

Damaged/Incorrect Merchandise
 
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received merchandise from Happily Gyfted that is damaged, incorrect or not as described (wrong style, size or color), please email us at happilygyfted@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. 

After 3 days, no replacements will be given. 

If for whatever reason your order is approved for return/exchange:
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided for you to return the damaged item.
  • Once your package is received please allow up to 10 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
 
A partial or full store credit (no refunds to your card) will be issued to your account, not including shipping fees and taxes, once the damaged merchandise is reviewed and approved (a picture MUST be provided with proof of damage).

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING POLICIES

Production & Shipping

Processing is 2-5 days. First Class Shipping, Priority Mail and UPS options are all available.  If you need an item sooner, please upgrade shipping to UPS in your cart.
 
**Please keep in mind USPS is experiencing major delays and I cannot control the mail once it is shipped.

Shipping labels are printed at the time of shipping.  Labels are not pre-printed.  If you receive a tracking number, your package has been dropped off at the post office awaiting a USPS scan at the Post Office. 

Once you have a tracking number, the package is no longer in my possession. 

Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking to update once it has been scanned by USPS**

 

“Delivered but not Delivered” Items

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at the numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
